At Guildford Public School, we use Flexischools for online orders at the canteen. It’s a quick and easy way for families to place and pay for orders without needing cash at school

1. Download the Flexischools app

2. Create an account and add your student(s)

   • Submit your email address via the registration email
   • Follow the registration process
   • Add your students to the account

3. Online ordering available Mon-Fri, please place your orders by 8:30am each day.

How to place a canteen order via the Flexischools app

1. Tap "Order food" at the top of your app home screen
2. Choose the child and date you wish to order for
3. Select the food items you'd like to purchase, then select "View order"
4. Choose your desired payment option (if auto top-up isn't enabled)
5. Hit "Checkout & pay" to confirm your order and process payment
